Our Auto Top & Bottom Tape Case Sealer is compact and ideal for handling small shipping cases. All vital parts, such as dispensers, belt drives and tape assembly, are of top quality. There are models to handle automatic top and bottom case sealing of uniform case sizes or random case sizes.

Cases can be fed manually into the in-feed of the taping machine or can be received from the discharge of the customer's existing conveyor. An automatic flap closing plunger, together with the 3 side-flap fold guides.

50 mm dispenser for tape ranging in width from 38 – 50 mm. The tape overlap is 70 mm. Tape dispenser width can accommodate 2” tape. The tape dispensers are easy to access and can be removed from the machine without any requirement of tools. Also, this allows easy reloading of tapes. The patented 3-roller mechanism allows good and accurate taping of the box. There is also an adjustment of the tension that would be needed which could be adjusted depending on the adhesive properties of the tape. Also there is a special roller that prevents the back tracking of the tape. Other tape widths can also be accommodated optionally Small foot print: The machine occupies only a 1m x 1m area. In future in-feed and out-feed conveyors can also be added to the machine.
Quick Width and Height Adjustment by means of simple and efficient lock handle: This allows quick changeover from one size of box to another, without the need for any tools.
A set of side pressure roller guides retain the carton shape and squareness (even bulging ones) and to ensure that the tape is applied on the center line. This would allow the box to be in the correct square position during the taping process. By doing so, we also ensure that the major flaps would meet while taping and the gap between them can be minimized to a large extent. Also, these guides are adjustable with a lock at the side.
Wide range of case dimension can be accommodated – no change parts required
Maximum speed depending on application, sizes, etc. ranges from 8-16 cases / min. This would of course depend on the quality, size of the box, tape, etc and the application involved. For random case sizes, the speed could be lower.
Simple Maintenance and Changeover: Usually, the best maintenance of the machine is to keep it clean. Sometimes the cutting blades, springs, etc may need to be changed, but otherwise there is no significant maintenance of these machines
9. Side Drive Belts: There are two driven side high friction belts that will guide and carry the box through the taping process. These are also spring loaded to accommodate the tolerances in the box dimensions that the manufacture may have provided and cannot control. Also, by having side guides instead of the traditional bottom belts, there is less wear and tear. Bottom belts would always carry the weight of the box and hence wearing would be faster. By having side guides, the life of the belt is prolonged. Also, the entire weight of the box is carried by the gravity roller assembly. These rollers are all special plastic molded rollers with free bearings.
