Clearpack along with its partners APSOL, Involvo and Torq Packaging were a part of Interpack 2014, an important trade fair for the packaging sector as well as its associated process industries across the world.
Interpack 2014 was characterised by an outstanding atmosphere prevailing amongst the 2,700 exhibitors and 175,000 visitors in 19 halls. It was an excellent platform for Clearpack and its partners to showcase the solutions that they provide in Primary Packaging, Secondary Packaging, Case Packing & Shrink Wrapping, Palletizing and Turnkey solutions.
Clearpack and its partners were exhibiting in hall 8 B, Stand G73. The entire 7 day event was a great opportunity to meet potential customers, along with meaningful discussions with existing customers and showcasing the capabilities of the organisation. The event also provided an opportunity to various members of the Clearpack team to get trained on products from suppliers as well as get first-hand experience of the recent development in the Packaging Industry.
Apsol, a partner of Clearpack displayed the new generation Robotic Case Packer and Case Erector. The Robotic Case Packer, designed for various packing requirements of containers, is a versatile top load case packer with flexibility for the customer in mind. The Robotic Case Packer is designed for a more robust and aesthetically appealing construction. The highlight for the Robotic Case Packer is its new and improved head design. It is possible to change the gripping head within one minute using the easy to remove gripping connections and ergonomic trolley mechanism equipped with quick release system, saving precious change over time. The new trolley mechanism also provides storage facility for change parts on the line itself.
The Robotic Case Packer is also equipped with automatically adjustable infeed conveyor for handling various shape and sizes of rigid containers along with an automatically adjustable case conveyor to handle various dimensions of cases. Along with this, the Robotic Case Packer is also equipped with a volumetric camera system to detect if all the products have been placed into the case.
Apart from the End of Line equipment’s on display, Torq Packaging, another partner of Clearpackdisplayed their versatile range of cappers, for variety of cap types. The key differentiator of Torq capping machines is their simple and sturdy mechanical construction, accurate capping performance, Hygienic , Modular and flexible design with quick and repeatable change over features.
Torq packaging displayed three cappers on the stand, which included Screw type positive gripper which is an excellent system for shaped bottles, while the second display was the single head capper suitable for requirements of upto 60 bottles per minute.
Torq packaging also displayed their range of capping turrets which can be integrated on filler-capper monoblocks for OEM customers. These turrets can be built with customised diameters and pitch providing adaptability to various frames of customers.
